Our Individual Employment services support people in finding competitive, integrated work aligned with their interests and strengths. Through discovery, preparation, targeted job development, and ongoing coaching, we help individuals achieve long-term success and meaningful participation in the workforce.

School to Work helps students transition from school to competitive employment by graduation. We guide job exploration, skill development, and placement while centering student choice and strengthening collaboration with families, schools, DVR, and employers.

Community Inclusion supports individuals in building confidence, relationships, and daily routines centered on personal interests. We focus on meaningful participation, natural supports, and sustainable community engagement that continues beyond paid services.

Job Foundation supports students ages 19–20 with early employment planning and goal development. We identify strengths, interests, and support needs while empowering students to direct their path. Each Job Foundation Report provides clear, actionable steps toward community-based employment.
