Letter from the Director

At You Are Seen, our mission is grounded in Washington’s core values of inclusion, belonging, and person-centered support. We believe that every person deserves to be seen, heard, and empowered to lead a life filled with purpose and meaningful relationships.
By embracing diverse strengths and experiences, we work to remove barriers and create environments where people can grow in confidence and independence. Integrity, selflessness, and open communication guide our daily work. Through collaboration and a commitment to doing what is right, we build a future where individuals of all abilities can fully participate in their communities.
Warmly,
Jared Thomas, Director
